How to handle lawyers & insurance claims, with Parse Syntax Grammar, making an offer they cannot refuse, as seen in this real life situation by DWM.

If you’re wanting legal advice, go ask a lawyer with a second-grade reading level … and stop reading this page… Or go here if you want Justice

While some of the Quantum Grammar Coach’s notes on this page are taken from DWM videos, do you own research by reading DWMLC.NET and watching DWM videos.

{If you’re aware that any statements about DWM’s family are not correct, let us know right now, so we can make corrections}.

For three years DWM’s Mom and Dad are working through a personal injury claim. And the lawyer in this case is becoming frustrated because he can’t get the insurance company to settle with them…

Now when you write a legal contract… there’s a law that says you cannot sign a blank sheet of paper… and a paper must have two legal sentences on it.

Have a look at any letters or documents you get from corporations and lawyers… Many letters have a second or third page that have no paragraphs, yet are included for the signature details.

DWM states that if there’s only part of a sentence continued from the previous page, it’s not a legal sentence… because there is no continuance of the evidence.

And if the signatures are squiggles or scribble, or initials, they are not legal.

You have to actually autograph something, not simulate it.

And then on (this document) the claims section is put into a box, because Federal Reserve notes or non-conclusive-contract-values are not legal…

So therefore they box it…

*Anything in a box is an enclosed area and can’t be considered.

Therefore all of your IRS claims that they send you in Australia, same as in the United States, are all boxed… and can’t be considered.

And they’re written an adverb-verb, double-spaced, and italicised…

Four Conditions Of Fraud

So they’re using four conditions of fraud to remove it and create the illusion.

How do you get a settlement from an insurance company?

And how do you fight your case?

DWM’s Mom and Dad are involved in a car accident.

The insurance company wish to settle the matter with a payout of $2000.

But because Mom and Dad are senior citizens… And they both have back injuries as a result of this car accident, it’s also an injury claim.

So the insurance company sends out a 350 Questions for “Inter-derogatories” that they want him the answer… To give them all his personal history of his life, as far back as graduating from high school…

Dad’s 72 years old, and he’s saying “This is ridiculous, and they want this before they’re going to pay me!”

DWM says” Don’t worry about it, dad, I’ll take care of it.” Because DWM knows how to handle lawyers & insurance claims.

Now DWM goes through it, does the syntax… and it’s all adverb-verb, says nothing…it has no condition… All 350 questions… and concludes: “This doesn’t pertain to the car accident.”

So DWM sends it back to the insurance company saying:

  • you can’t read and write
  • your paperwork is all fraudulent conveyed
  • these questions are nonsense that have nothing to do with a car accident

As well as all this, Mom & Dad’s lawyer doesn’t take their phone calls..

DWM calls the lawyer and says: “I’ve corrected, I’ve syntaxed, the work that you’ve done for the insurance company…

“And by syntax, by seeing the language on the page… My parents paid you money and hired you… Because you have risk management insurance to guarantee that if there’s any physical damage in the contracting of your conduct …That the insurance company will pay the damages…”

Better known as malpractice…

Lawyers & Insurance Malpractice

So DWM tells the lawyer: “The language that you’re using is fraudulently conveyed, and now you’re talking about money…which makes this bank fraud…

“And the insurance company’s lawyers are also fraudulently conveying their language back to you…

Because they’re submitting a paycheck to their insurance company… While they are fraudulently conveying language to keep this thing floating in the air… And never coming to a conclusion…

“While at the same time they’re fraudulently conveying language and sending in a paycheck, the paycheck’s reducing the corporation’s assets…

“This being the insurance company…

“Which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange…

“So this means they’re extorting money from a corporation, which is now stealing money from the shareholders…

“And now SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has to investigate why you’re paying employees to commit a criminal act.

“…Under Title 18,1001, & Title 15 Chapter 2 B section 78 FF, $25m fine penalty & 30 years prison…While extorting money from a shareholder on the SEC.

“We only want $50,000…

“The penalty for fraudulent conveyance and extorting money from the SEC is $25m, and I’ve got your signed confession here.

“Well, now can we settle this quietly?”

So 48 hours later we get a check in the mail for $2,500

And DWM says: “Dad, Mom, we need $385,000 for all the aggravation and BS these people cause you…”

Next DWM submits a complaint of $385,000 through the insurance company…

Because all insurance companies worldwide must put 10% of the initial claim in escrow which they cannot touch…

So that’s $38,500.

Lawyers & Insurance Claims

“We want the Insurers to cover all the car expenses to rebuild the car… And all the hospital medical expenses became to about another +/-$30,000.”

“…Plus the compensation for personal injury of $38,500. ”

So DWM says: “That’s all you’re going to get… unless you want to spend 3 – 5 years in Court get to a jury … and it’ll be a crapshoot.

“You might win… but there’s a good chance you might not, because there’s 80/20 chance on that

So by filing this claim… and then showing them that the SEC is going to do an investigation on the lawyers from the insurance company…

As well as the individual who filed the claim with their lawyers …Where they acted together in a joint conspiracy to deny both the client and pay the insurance claim

“And now we have a conspiracy, which is a 10-year prison sentence to extort money…

Which is bank fraud, and Securities and Exchange Commission fraud…

This adds up to a whole stack of frauds… and everything on the back of DWM business card also applies

And all of these things are now set on the table…

So DWM calls Mom & Dad’s lawyer, saying all these things are going to happen… and hangs up the phone.

His Dad says: “Now what ?”

DWM says: “Just wait …It’ll probably take maybe 10-15 minutes, and the phone’s going to ring…”
Sure enough, eight minutes goes by and phone rings …”Can you be in my office in five minutes?”

So they go to the lawyer’s office… about six blocks from Mom & Dad’s house…

And they walk in and shake hands with the man.

Nice warm handshake…

So DWM introduces himself as plenipotentiary Judge David-Wynn Miller…

Saying “I’ve your signed confession here, for all these criminal acts…”

Speechless Lawyers

Knowing how to handle lawyers & insurance claims, DWM reads out about 22 criminal acts from his list …

About how the lawyer acts to create this language, and works with the insurance company who create a language…

To violate the Securities and Exchange Commission’s rules and regulations, and constitute mail fraud.

Now DWM says: “We want $385,000.”

The lawyer’s speechless, can’t hold a pen in his hand to take notes…

There’s no blood left in his arms …

And when DWM goes to shake hands with the lawyer, the lawyer can’t move his fingers…

His hand’s as cold as if he’s soaked it in ice water for the last ten minutes…He can’t move his fingers to shake hands goodbye… He’s that scared

Meanwhile, the next morning DWM gets a check for $2,500

His Dad says: “What do I do?”

DWM says: “Tear it up, tomorrow there’ll be a check for $3,500… Wednesday there’ll be a check for $4,500. There’ll be a check for $5,500 and so on until we hit $38,500…

“And so every day for the next 30 days there was $1,000 more a day…

“When he hits $38,500” DWM says, “take the check down to the bank and cash it… you’re all done. You got paid…

“They’re going to take care of your car your hospital bills, and you got $38,500 in your pocket. Tax-free, because it’s a personal injury… “

DWM never hears from the insurance company again… by knowing how to handle lawyers & insurance claims.
