Fact or Fiction in Real World is blurred by ignorance and the lack of education, members of the BAR who have little more than second-grade writing/reading skills.

Woe unto you, lawyers! For ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
– Luke. XI, 52

“For the lawyers’ trade is a trade built entirely on words. And so long as the lawyers carefully keep to themselves the key to what those words mean… The only way the average man can find out what is going on is to become a lawyer, or at least to study law, himself. All of which makes it very nice – and very secure – for the lawyers.”
– Fred Rodell, Law Professor, Yale University, 1939

There’s International Rules of Grammar, in “Styles Manuals” and Dictionaries in every country, for conducting commerce worldwide. And these rules cover the use of adverbs, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, prepositions, articles and nouns (FACTS).

For a noun to be used as a FACT, it must be preceded by a preposition and an article (Grammar 101); anyone who has a writing and reading level higher than second grade knows this.

Claims by the Judges, Courts, Barristers, Lawyers, Attorneys and Solicitors, that “Quantum Correct-Sentence-Structure-Communication-Parse-Syntax-Grammar (C.-S.-S.-C.-P.-S.-G.) makes no sense”, or “complete non-sense” is evidence that they do not have full comprehension of International Rules of Grammar.

Fact or Fiction?

Those same Judges, Courts, Barristers, Lawyers, Attorneys and Solicitors with a second-grade writing and reading level are neither competent, nor qualified to represent the Legal System, or determine the future of their “victims”. Therefore they are committing fraud, and should be handled accordingly. But you have to have the know-how and have the Kahoonas to show the fraud with the proof and stop the wrong-doings

Here’s a short extract from www.educatedinlaw.org:

Real world fact or fiction – There are two things happening, which are you voluntarily agreeing to?
There are two things happening when dealing with a government: real world and fiction.

  • A baby is born = real world; a persona is birthed = fiction.
  • When you travel in a conveyance not for hire = real world.
  • But when a person is driving for hire and is stopped for traffic (commerce) violation = fiction.
  • And when an individual is kidnapped by people in costumes (policy-officers) = real world. (Note I’m talking about a victim-less crime.)
  • Or when a person (Vessel) is arrested (like a ship) and put in a (battery) cell = fiction.

By learning the difference between fact or fiction through the study of CSSCPSG, you can be sure to stay in real world and object to anyone who tries to place you into a fiction situation.
