Woe unto you lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
Luke 11:5, KJV

Lawyers / courts THRIVE on subject matter jurisdiction arguments.

WHY?

Because, what are “arguments”?
O-PIN-IONS = no-stick-contracts.

And that’s (one of the reasons) why DWM, (like Sherlock Holmes) always looks for the lowest common denominator.

We can argue all day long, or even for months …
about opinions.

However, they cannot dispute the FACTS.

And that’s why they say
No law or fact shall be tried in court

The moment you fall into their trap of subject matter arguments, they’re creaming their pants with joy. “Ka-ching- Ka-ching!”

So, avoid their subject matter arguments.

Isn’t that what “discovery” is all about – looking for subject matter arguments using assumptions and presumptions?

Your goal is to destroy the root of the crop, to stop those pesky arguments growing and thriving…

don’t feed the fire …

always go back to the source …

their original claim.

So, if they’ve got no facts to support their claim, and if they’re not willing to take responsibility for their claim…

Then there is no claim.

Which means there’s nothing to argue about – nothing to “judge/adjudicate”

Did your lawyer explain that to you, because he’s “representing” you? Or did he not disclose that details because he wanted to increase his billable hours?

Woe unto you lawyers

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.
Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
– KJV Matthew 23:23-31
