Post Office contracts and commerce rule the world, as everything runs with contracts. Every nation has a postal system and postal treaties with every other country around the world. So the common denominator in international commerce is the Universal Postal Union. This means that all commerce and banking comes under the Universal Postal Union.

While some of the Quantum Grammar Coach’s notes on this page are taken from DWM videos, do you own research, including watching DWM videos.

Here’s how it all begins…

In 1873, twenty-two nations agree to establish the Universal Postal Union in Bern, Switzerland by using a penny postage stamp. All 250 countries enter into this treaty to transport mail between point A and point B.

However, the wording on the treaty is to transport vessels, not just mail. This means all cargo, including you. So now everything that moves, under a one penny postage stamp, falls within this jurisdiction.

Even though steam engines are developing, transportation is restrictive in 1873. This limits the amount of commerce flowing between one country and another.

Meanwhile the Universal Postal Union waits a year as every country on the planet signs up. So as soon as everybody is under contract, they can jack up the rates.

Now with the Post Office contracts and commerce in place, the Universal Postal Union has jurisdiction, and they are in charge of vessels. So they control the movement and shipping of all vessels, cargo, anything requiring a title, registration, stamp or seal, such as boats, planes, cars, military, and people. And all vessels move under commerce, and all commerce is called script, better known as money.

Everything and everyone is recognized as a little boat, or vessel floating in a “sea of space”. And the Post Office controls the shipping, which means they control the movement of everyone and everything on the planet.

Post Office Has Jurisdiction

So now the post office is responsible for the movement of money, and commerce, which pushes vessels around through Department of Transportation, and docking them in the ports.

All courthouses on planet earth are the same jurisdiction, as foreign vessels in dry-dock. The courts are controlled by the port authorities, which are controlled by the Department of Transportation, which is controlled by the Post Office contracts and commerce.

That’s the chain of command.

So every one of us are vessels in dry-dock, under control of the post office, not the government.

And the “President” (PRE-SI-DENT means Pre_simulation_denture) or “Prime Minister” of your country is a puppet.

All presidents worldwide are puppets. The Postmaster General runs your government, as seen on the money.

In Britain and Australia, (& other countries) Queen Elizabeth II, (as Postmaster General) is on the money. In the USA, Washington, Lincoln, Franklin, are all postmasters, so that’s why they are on the US$ money.

That’s the same in all countries worldwide.

Like DWM does while researching the Hawaiian Flag in 2009 in Honolulu, Hawaii, you’ll find this through studying how to be a postmaster.

In his studies, DWM finds a newspaper clipping of 11 January, 1873. At the top, it has (the wrong) flag of Hawaii, and on the bottom, obituaries with four Masonic symbols, the All-Seeing-Eye, and the Triangle.

Two of the symbols are Eastern stars in Portuguese and French, and the other two are for English and German Masons to all come to the Lodge Number One, opposite the Iolani Palace in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Now Lodge Number One, afterwards in 1893, becomes the first post office in Hawaii. A year later it becomes the Supreme Court of Hawaii.

Post Office Contracts Military

DWM finds the Masons cut secret a deal with the post office to take over the Hawaiian Islands. But they have to wait 20 years when all Hawaiians are declared dead (death moratorium).

So on 17 January 1893, the United States Government brings warships, ordering Queen Liliʻuokalani to stand down. Because she’s an Eastern star, she takes her orders from the Postmaster General of Hawaii who’s the chief master Mason.

He takes his orders from the Admiralty, and Queen Liliʻuokalani surrenders Hawaii to the Masons, which are controlling the post office. And the post office, through the military, now takes over and declares the Hawaiian Islands to be a territory of the United States.

With the start date 22 October 1872, plus 70 years, plus 45 days and the 3-day trusts, comes to 7th December 1941. Now the bankruptcy of Hawaii ends, so the Japanese bomb all the postal vessels of the United States Post Office. But they don’t bomb civilian targets, only military warships and warplanes.

However the Japanese are an hour early, meaning Hawaii is not out of bankruptcy, violating international laws of bankruptcy. This gives Roosevelt permission to declare war against Japan.

So it’s the post office of Japan, which controls the military, bombing the United States Post Office of Pearl Harbour, because of trade imbalances.

And DWM has videos of “Fat Boy” and “Little Boy”, better known as the atomic bombs. They show the Postmaster General of Hawaii slapping a $1 airmail stamp on the bombs. And he’s signing his name across each bomb as postmaster cancelling the stamps. He’s saying: “Just to make it legal… we are sending the air freight back to Japan.”

Post Office Contracts And Bankruptcy

It’s a similar story with Poland coming out of bankruptcy at the stroke of midnight 1939. And Germany invades Poland because they are no longer under bankruptcy protection.

In order to get the paper money, you have give up your gold and silver, and file bankruptcy. And paper money is more convenient to move back and forth. Or you can have contracts, better known as cheques or money orders, which are all controlled by Post Office contracts and commerce.

So this is how Universal Postal Union gets their fingers into every pie on the planet and become the central bank. And how the post office controls all banking, and movement of cargo and vessels, on land and sea, including you.

Which means the post office controls all the vessels in drydock. This includes you, the people.

And the money you carry in your pocket makes you postal employees of the post office.

Therefore you are a vessel in drydock, and you need a license to go between point A and point B, because you’re corporate employees.

Typically the average person anywhere in the world thinks of their Postal System as a part of, and subservient to, their government.

Establishing Government

Well, in the United States of America, the Post Office and Judicial Courts are established prior to the seat of Government. On Thursday, Sept. 17, 1789 we find:

“The bill sent from the Senate, for the temporary establishment of the Post Office, was read the second and third time, and passed. The bill for establishing the Judicial Courts… for establishing the seat of government.”

The Post Office is defined as:

1. A place where letters are received to be sent to the persons to whom they are addressed.

2. The post office establishment of the United States is of the greatest importance to the people and to the government. The constitution of the United States has invested congress with power to establish post offices and post roads.

3. By virtue of this constitutional authority, congress passed several laws anterior to the third day of March 1825, when an act, entitled
“An act to reduce into one the several acts establishing and regulating the post office department,” was passed. (3 Story, U.S. 1825.)

It is thereby enacted, 1. That there be established, the seat of the government of the United States, a general post office, under the direction of a postmaster general.

Now take notice where the punctuation in that last sentence.

That there be established, the seat of the government of the United States, a general post office, under the direction of a postmaster general.

When you set off a clause with commas, you make sure that the sentence makes sense without that clause. So, taking out the set-off clause, it reads:

the seat of the government of the United States under the direction of a postmaster general”.

Post Office & Universal Postal Union

So the creation of the Post office happens prior to creation of the government, because it has authority over the seat of government.

This means that the Government’s later bankruptcies in 1859 and 1929 have no legal effect upon the solvent Post-Office.

Probably a great idea, since communication has a higher value than government itself. If any government fails, the people still have a need to communicate with one another through the Post Office contracts and commerce, to form a new government.

And to this day, the Post-Office is still solvent and operational. It’s ready to fulfill its duty to help the people in their communications; to set a new government should a complete breakdown of the existing governmental structures occur in the United States.

The formation of the Universal Postal Union in 1874 unites member countries into a single, worldwide postal territory. So any litigant is going into international jurisdiction every time he goes to any court.

Postage Stamps On Court Documents

Since the litigant needs to establish that his papers are official, he uses a dollar postage stamp on the face of the first page. The stamps also invoke postal statutes and the Universal Postal Union jurisdiction.

The litigant does, however, need to autograph across the stamp, and date the autograph, for two reasons:

1. to comply with postal regulations concerning private mail carriers, and
2. to make a continuance of evidence that the process (paper work) is mail.

The continuation of evidence is less of a factor, since the definitions of mail and delivery can include a clerk at a grocery store handing a customer a receipt for groceries.

The legal writers make the definitions wide enough to encompass private rural carriers, and private advertisers who place advertisements on our doorsteps, or in our hands.

Additionally, on the back of the first page, we authenticate the authority of the Post-Office with an endorsement. At the same time we authenticate our identity by placing a postage meter stamp on the lower quarter of the back of the first page.

All commercial papers have endorsements to authenticate their authenticity. Again, we autograph across the meter stamp, and date.

Post Office Contracts And Commerce Rule

Why place paperwork into Universal Postal Union jurisdiction?

Well, let’s look at the structure and finance of that organization. The official aims and purposes of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) are two:

1. to form a single postal territory for reciprocal exchange of correspondence; and
2. to secure the organization and improvement of postal services and to promote in this sphere the development of international collaboration.

“The organization of the circulation of the international mail is based on the freedom of transit … As a result, therefore, only by enduring absolute freedom of transit can the effectual universality of the postal territory be attained.

“Freedom of transit is guaranteed throughout the entire territory of the union.

“Administrations may exchange, through the intermediary of one or more of their number. Both closed mails and open mail according to the needs of the traffic and the requirements of the service.

“Starting in 1878, the union created a category for territories which were recognized as non independent. But which were given all the rights of union membership afforded to clearly independent countries.”

So members of the postal union operate as sovereign, independent countries, and their currency is (originally) based on the gold French Franc.

Gold is the acceptable form of money in international jurisdictions, or paper backed by gold.

When we purchase postal money order, the money order is backed by gold, not the fiat “money” called Federal Reserve Notes (FRN). The FRNs are simply a promise to pay a debt. The debt is based only upon the full faith and credit of the United States, and lacks any intrinsic value.

The Union also sets forth the principle that postal administrations are responsible for loss of, theft from, or damage to, insured items.

Why Endorse Stamps On Court Documents?

The Functions of the International Bureau for the Universal Postal Union include:

“acting as a clearinghouse for information concerning postal matters. It also functions as a clearinghouse for international postal accounts. And as a conciliator and arbitrator in disputes over postal matters between administrations.”

So why place and endorse the postage stamp on the back of the first page when filing documents in court?

Because you’re using the authority of the sovereignty of the longest surviving, solvent, “governing” authority in the United States, the Post Office.

Through the admiralty, you’re taking the Post-Office and the judicial system back 200 years. At the same time you’re creating a new territory with all the rights of union membership afforded to clearly independent countries.

You establish the laws in this new territory with the paper work that you file. You’re also correcting the errors of the founding forefathers. And also bringing the equal rights to all the people in the United States that are being neglected.

This process eliminates all of the legal deficiencies that handicap the sovereign status of “We the people”, within the court.

And you are guaranteed that all of the parties in the case: the clerk, judge, bailiff, and litigants have the freedom of transit in the admiralty court.

If clerks, judges, or other officials delay or obstruct documents as directed, they face several penalties under postal admiralty statutes.

The final advantage is that if there is any obstruction, because of the transitory nature of the action, you are operating in admiralty. So you can take the case offshore for adjudication in any court in the world.

Remember, since everything in the whole world is about contracts, you need to learn all this stuff, because Post Office contracts and commerce rule.
